I have been a long time patient at Jannali Family Dentists but saw Effie Billias for the first time this visit. She was brilliant. She explained everything as we went along and was very thorough. Best of all no pain! I would thoroughly recommend Effie and the team at Jannali Family Dentists. They are great people.

I have a regular dentist in Jannali that I’ve been seeing for more than 20yrs. Yesterday I was about to board a plane when I realised I had a bad toothache which wouldn’t go away. My regular dentist wasn’t open so I turned up without an appointment at Jannali Family Dentists. They kindly agreed to see me before the other booked in patients and were able to resolve and fix my problem. I left feeling incredibly relieved that I wouldn’t have issues with that tooth on the plane of for the next few weeks whilst I was on holiday. Thank you to Jannali Family Dentists.

We went there as a family with my 3year old in tow and they were all absolutely amazing. Sheree at the reception went above and beyond to make my toddler comfortable about getting his teeth checked. He would've absolutely not done it and he's very hard to convince but she really got through to him. Eoife and her team were so calming and kind and we felt looked after. Definitely recommend this place

I’ve been coming to this dental practice now for quite a few years and I’ve found that everything from the receptionist greeting to the nursing staff and finally to seeing Alex, it’s all highly professional and friendly. Alex is an awesome dentist. I’m such a nervous patient, but Alex has always been understanding and gentle, explaining everything as he goes. I’d highly recommend the Jannali Family Dentists.

I have been a patient of Dr Alex Dong for many years and have always received extremely professional, effective and courteous care. I have the utmost confidence in his expertise and judgement.
On the human side, he is very approachable, and clearly explains the options and his treatments. Any discomfort or pain is minimised or eliminated completely.
The ancillary staff are also excellent, always friendly and efficient.
I would strongly recommend his services to anyone, particularly those thinking about changing from their current dentist.
