This company prioritizes profits over integrity. Expect misleading contracts and a lack of transparency. Please proceed with caution or look elsewhere, there are many better conveyancers out there.

10/10. I HIGHLY recommend using JC & Co for any conveyancing work you might need. I have never used them before until 2018 and would be happy to use them again. Fee's are the normal going rate of the industry. Ashley was an absolute breeze to deal with, she was amazing and communicated very well with us throughout the settlement process. I have used other conveyencer's before and they are no where near as good as JC & Co. 5 stars from my wife and I.

I was lucky to come across JC&Co Conveyancing on Google by accident. I started to contact them and at the end they've helped me with a couple of settlements (Sale & Purchase). Special thanks to Ashley and Keem. They're knowledgeable and meticulous. Always keeping me posted on everything. Ashley has also provided good advises on some challenging situations. I highly recommend them.

I wouldn’t recommend this company to anyone. Spoke to a lady to enquire some information before we engaged them and she wasn’t really helpful and the call was abruptly hang up. Doesn’t sound like they are interested in engaging with businesses.

Today I had the most unprofessional experience from this agency. Very bad, they didn’t show up at the appointment to inspect the property at all and got a text they would like to change the date when I was in front of property in rain.
