I was accused of domestic violence, faced a criminal charge and had my life shattered by a provocative and abusive individual. Clement was introduced to me by my psychiatrist. Clement was helpful, attentive and emphatic, and guided me through the ensuing criminal matter in a thoughtful manner, with a successful outcome where the criminal charge was dismissed. In addition, I was insecure due to the associated apprehended violence order which the abovementioned individual benefitted from. However, Clement had the order discharged successfully as well, which from my understanding is a rare feat to achieve.

I have another matter, with Ching Phang at present, and remain confident that JC Legal will fight for the most equitable outcome possible. Ching is razor sharp, detailed, understanding and supportive.

The fees have been reasonable and I have been happy to pay given the services and the outcomes achieved.

Although I am not their client, I am dealing with one of their clients. They have turned a simple task—signing the Acknowledgement of Service after being served documents—into a lengthy process. This is merely a procedural step required by the court to confirm that the respondent has received the documents. Despite this, they advised their client not to sign the Acknowledgement after being served by post, and even after taking over the matter, they failed to return the signed Acknowledgement.

This has forced me, as it did 8 months ago, to plan to have the documents served to their client in person by an independent party again, which will cause discomfort for both their client and me. Their client has repeatedly expressed that they do not want to be served by hand this time, and I have sent multiple emails to this firm requesting the return of the signed Acknowledgment of Service to avoid this distressing situation, but these requests have been ignored. It seems they are disregarding their client's feelings.

I don't fully understand their lack of cooperation on this straightforward request, but it seems reasonable to assume that their intention might be to charge their client additional fees, with little regard for their client's feelings.

Wow. I honestly cannot recommend this company enough.

Shane and clement have been unbelievably helpful during our search for a home. They’ve been SO easy to get in touch with and have gone above and beyond to get things done for us in the most timely manner. They are extremely knowledgeable and unbelievably friendly.

Usually, with lawyers, you’d struggle to get them on the phone. These guys have been actively communicating with us at every single corner.
