This real estate agent JMW Property Services, managed three of my properties, communication was very poor, calls not returned, messages not answered, properties were not managed appropriately, maintenance issues not reported, inspections not done, leases not renewed, Bond not collected, which has left us the owners to finance the repairs and cleaning as there was no bond to collect. Jo appears to be very helpful and talks the talk but unfortunately as lovely a person as she is, she doesn't walk the walk. Very unprofessional approach to business, if you want to dispute something Jo becomes very rude, childish and unprofessional. I approached her at three different times to view a property that she has for sale, each time I have been brushed off and not been able to inspect/ view the property, if the owners of the property were aware that she is totally unhelpful to potential buyers such as myself I'm sure they would be very upset. I would not use this agent / business to sell or manage any of my properties. Sorry for the bad review but I can only be honest, the dealings with this agent was very negative
