We recently used John Davies & Co and certainly won't be doing that again. There was a significant paperwork stuff up which was identified by the bank at contract exchange and transfer of the property was delayed. The previous owners rightfully asked for interest payments to be covered due to this delay. John Davies & Co accepted no responsibility and we incurred the full interest cost. In John's words "You can try to sue us if you'd like"!
