Worst experience. I sent numerous emails for updates, receipts etc. Never forwarded original emails for us to see. He copied and pasted what he wanted us to read. Asked him to step down as executor because we are all in our 50's now and he refused. All communication for the past year has been minimal and we never had our questions or requests answered.

Having understood good customer service and having a wealth of knowledge of how to provide feedback to people, in my profession, I did not have the best experience with this business. Unfortunately the receptionist's were quite rude when I had called several times over the past week.
When I provided the feedback to John Hertz, the lawyer/owner, he was very quick to be on the defensive side, saying that they were quite busy and that I shouldn't judge or say anything further about them. John also pointed out that they were a mutual friend of a solicitor which I am an acquaintance of and have used for other matters and that I should be careful when saying anything in relation to this as they had also worked with him for 30 years and he found the staff member to be quite good - his version of good and my version seem to be quite different! I simply said to John that I was providing feedback so that he may improve his service and he was very quick to dismiss the feedback and continue to be defensive, irrelevant of the fact that I stated the feedback provided was purely to assist them in providing better service. For this very reason I don't believe this service will change and unfortunately the majority of the other feedback on here is most likely highly accurate.
I would not recommend anyone to consider this firm in the future, unless they decide to make changes to their level of communication skills and ability to take feedback on board and work it into their business.

Doesn't appear this solicitor wants any new clientele. Woman answering phone was very rude and didn't bother taking any of my details despite saying she would get Mr Hertz to call me back. I've since gone to Vizzone Ruggero Twigg Lawyers at Botany who have been sensational.

They don't let me post zero stars. 3 months of attempts at contacting the staff and zero response. If you need a solicitor look elsewhere. Rude, inattentive receptionist. Can't even comment on the solicitor.

Worst experience with this solicitor. Go elsewhere. Agree with all the previous reviews, woman at the front desk is very rude and either needs training in customer service or to find a back of house job.

These people are corrupt as!!! They have been on the investigation list for some time now, not long for judgement day for them!!
