I emailed Mr Irwin yesterday requesting copies of correspondence (not querying his account) - at 10.13 pm (yes PM) I received an email from him that was threatening in content and referring only to his account and giving me ‘…48 hours…’ to respond 🤷🏽‍♀️ Has anyone ever heard of such a time limit for a response? Is this normal legal practice? When is the 48 hours from and to? From receiving his email (which could have a week with our patchy email system - or from when he sent it? I feel it is very unprofessional and am wondering what the repercussions would have been had I not responded - is Mr Irwin OK mentally?

Recently used this firm to do a very simple Conveyancing job for us ( we were sellers) , We were ok until the day when contract was signed by purchaser then the wheels completely can off.
Would of attempted contact this firm 25 times via phone ,txt and emails any NEVER received back ANY information requested in a timely manner !!, Never was a undertaking to get back to us ever done when promised
Then THEY missed the contracted settlement day by 1 week !,
I ended up receiving phone calls from the BUYER wanting to know what the hell was going on as his solicitor had had similar experiences trying to contact our solicitor to act on this transaction
Finally we have just gone through to SAME process to get any final invoices and signed contracts from them and even then they are not correct
AVOID this firm at all cost , they are plenty of others in Mildura
Would have rated them at zero stars if possible , I am not a big reviewer but this is the only way to let people know about our experience

you seriously NEED to something about waiting MONTHS for legals regarding property contracts.. i MEAN MONTHS.. BLOODY MONTHS anout 5 actually.. property sold.. hold up is YOUR office in mildura whos response was " LEAVE IT TO THE PROFESSIONALS" n then HUNG UP.. after BOTH vendor and purchaser have BOTH tried many times to get your MILDURA office to simply do its job.. EVERYTHING is approved.. has been for MONTHS.. feel free to as i said REFER MY STATEMENT FOR LEGAL ACTION.. maybe then in a court we can actually findout what the holdup is..
