Mr. John Pearce offers a good service, however the assistant is just totally rude and unprofessional. The assistant threw the contactless payment terminal next to my phone, while I was still selecting the right card to pay. The wrong card was charged. All he needed to do is just to ASK: IF THE CUSTOMER WAS READY TO PAY, then place the terminal next to people's phones. It is common practice. It was beyond rude and unprofessional. There was absolutely no courtesy. ZERO communication, quite unusual for a solicitor office.
