He was then able to masterfully navigate a challenging negotiation process with a very indecisive vendor and difficult sales agent. In the end, he was able to secure us this home at a price within our budget.

Overall, our experience working with Kristan was fantastic. We honestly couldn’t have bought this home without his help and input along the way. The process could be described as relatively stress-free, particularly when considering our previous experiences. We felt that his promises were delivered.
