PLEASANT LEGAL EXPERIENCES
It is, with the utmost pleasure, and honesty, that I write this review. I have had extremely pleasant and transparent experiences, at Johnsons Law Group, and most importantly, the level of competence, that was evident. As a result, I have no hesitation, in recommending, Johnsons Law Group, for legal services. In particular, I wish to highlight, Tass. From the moment I contacted him, familiarised myself with office location, walked in for a consultation service, and to then return for my own legal service, I was overwhelmed, at the professional client service. Tass and his team are to be congratulated.
I wish to highlight Tass. He is highly professional, friendly, patient, and courteous. He shows genuine empathy, and interest, regarding his job. He possesses extensive legal knowledge; well versed information provided. He is an expert in his field, and an asset, to the legal industry. He goes above and beyond; assisting in whatever way possible. He reassures clients, with apprehensions. He is dedicated, in achieving the best possible outcome, for his clients. He makes an overwhelming ordeal, into something manageable, and positive. Most importantly, he is reliable, trustworthy, honest, and gracious. This is rare, in today’s society.
Tass is to be commended, for his professional communication skills. Information, regarding his legal practice, processes he adheres too, services that he provides, other legal practitioners, which work alongside him, is provided, in a pleasant, genuine, and reassuring manner. He provides honest opinions, consultation processes, and solutions to legal issues. He is true to his word; transparency in dealings. He ensures that you fully understand your options, and legal process. He knows the right approach; you can feel confident, that you are in good hands. It is always a delight, to speak to him.
I also wish to highlight, the professional service, which Tass provides. Being an old fashioned person, I admire old school professionalism. His knowledgeable, attention to detail, upfront advices, and confident services, are comforting. He provides thorough, step by step, explanations. He has nothing to hide. He is prompt, in replying to queries. He maintains contact regarding appointments and services; keeping one informed, at all times. He completes services, to a very high standard. Tass is also realistic with costs; others overcharging. Any payment that is due, upon service completion, is honest. Any additional fees are always explained.
It is a great privilege, to recommend Johnsons Law Group, to any potential new clients, which are seeking, professional client service, with regards to law. I am a person, who operates with very high moral and ethical standards; Johnsons Law Group, meeting them. It is a great pleasure, to deal with Tass. Words will not describe my appreciation and his extensive support. My family and I, have no hesitation, in using him, for legal services. He is a law practitioner, who understands your concerns, and delivers, beyond your expectations. There are not many people like him, in the industry.

Called in to enquire about a matter. Receptionist was very unhelpful, somewhat rude as she sounded frustrated by my questions and kept trying to pass me off without any proper information. Was a potential new customer but wont be using Johnsons. They would need to find a head of company a little more welcoming and less moody and you would think she would know how much the solicitors she works for charges by the hour. Even one star is too much.

During the past 23 years Johnson Law Group, particularly Tass Johnson, have been handling an Estate on our behalf and from the initial process dealing with probate to the distribution of funds, to several beneficiaries, went through without any difficulties.

The Estate, although not complex, could not be finalised due to an over-riding instruction in the Will. It took another 23 years before the Estate could be wound up.

During this period there were many times we needed legal advice, and this was always delivered to us in a speedy, professional and logical manner. There were many occasions where Tass Johnson would provide us an appointment at very short notice to provide us with the necessary legal advice to ensure that the beneficiaries of the Estate were correctly advised.

As time progressed and closer to the final stages of the sale of the Estate Tass handed some of the day-to-day administration to Jamie Roberts and Michelle Cutler and their professional outlook and assistance was greatly appreciated.

Our contact over the years with all of Tass Johnson's staff has been exemplary and Johnsons Law Group is highly recommended. They are a bunch of friendly, outgoing and professional individuals who will treat you with respect.
