Highlight of Australia so far - the guy that runs this butcher is a bloody legend. Full of stories, lovely chap, I could have ended up chatting to him all day. Old school customer service. The meat itself is amazing. I loaded up on 3 diff steaks (prime rump, fillet and porterhouse) + mince meat for the kids. He then gave me a couple stubby coolers and threw in a few free burgers and had some specialty meats such as camel. No wonder he wins all the awards in the NT for butchering.

A great place to get your meat in Katherine. There was a good choice in meats, the prices were reasonable, and the shop was clean and well presented. Best of all, the staff was friendly, happy and helpful.

Great service, very helpful and the meat (vac packed and frozen) was some of the best we’ve had in the NT
