This app would be very good if it offered the user the ability to report issues such as roadworks. Speed camera etc without using the destination. Waze had it and that makes Waze a much better utility.

First offender. Drink driving mid range. 9 months suspension plus fine. That's fair enough, I did the wrong thing.

I'm a 15 year fulltime postie applying for an Extraordinary License...
It was denied. So I'm skint until April 2025. Solo mortgage, council rates, strata fees, utilities. The system is broken

Thought I filled in the E license affidavit as an application. Turned out to be "me vs Department of Transport", a full trial! Blindsided, devastated

The process isn't people friendly, it's a system designed to muck everyday people about, spend court fees, with no knowledge or suggestion to get advice. Even for an E license for a full time job that requires a license.

My trust in the Government is gone.

Court 3 morning of the 19th December 2024.
To Simon Police Prosecutor: Thanks Simon for your patient & caring attitude this morning I appreciated your gentle tone. I also appreciated your lovely comment about my beautiful Geoff. It made me cry but it also makes me feel good inside that you still remember him! I hope this comment gets to you Simon. Kind regards Fran Saleeba

Lady at the front desk extremely unhelpful and quite rude. I have a restraining order on someone who has decided to oppose it and I have to attend a final hearing next week. All I wanted was some information on how I go about submitting text message evidence and a photo from my phone and if I need an affidavit etc. I was told it was my job to figure it out for myself. Do I need a crystal ball to do this? How am I supposed to know what I’m supposed to do if I don’t ask? She made it clear that she was busy and didn’t really have time to answer a few simple questions and spoke to me like I’m an idiot. Please consider giving these staff members more training, she was absolutely useless and if she can’t be bothered doing her job I’m sure there are plenty of people willing to fill her spot.

When I was there and they called you to go into the court room I didn't hear them call as the announcement over the speaker was very poor.

I went up there yesterday and because my claim was a little out of the ordinary they didn't have a clue how to help. I had all supporting documentation that I wanted to give them but "no" it all has to be delivered electronically....masses of form filling in to questions that weren't applicable to my case. On all my questioning she said I was making her "Giddy" because she couldn't answer my questions and all I got was to go home and read the e-portal. Total waste of time.

The ladies behind the desk are brilliant.
Considerate, informative, non judgemental and empathetic.
I have been a regular over 5 years for my wayward son and false charges laid upon me by my ex wife and her children.
thank you from my heart.

The Court Staff are kind, welcoming and respectful of all visitors. They will take the time to answer any question and explain how the system works which is very helpful when you might be scared or out of your depth.
