Would not recommend them at all I had a legal aid grant they applied for a second legal aid grant. They were told that the first grant has well and truly covered the work they’re done so it was refused. I had a final hearing this August and I have just now refused what is left of the legal aid grant and left me high and dry, or because I’ve told them from day 1 I don’t look at emails or do in emails I’ve had a number of phone calls from them, have answered every time but the reason for not represented me now is they can’t get a hold of me and they’re only tried through emails and that is the only form of communication they use which is a poor excuse due to I have had a number of phone calls in the past from the reception is Chelsea I think they’re just get what they can and leave u posted and don’t feel I have help me over the last 18 months. I have been using them

Changed 4 different lawyers (Emily, Tim, Alyssa and then Joplin) in 10months and i am in a worse place than when I started. Allowed breaches to go un challenged, and very irregular charges that were not itemised at the start of the case and never really explained in detail, and everything that need to be submitted to court is 2.5k to me even if the other party breaches orders.

I started at The Family Law Firm in Maitland then the other office in Singleton Joplin Law.

Definitely dose not care about the families only their pockets.

Dismissed and do not recommend.
