Daniel represented the purchaser for a property i was selling.
Daniel was very thorough and kept me informed of updates during the whole process. If a question needed to be answered quickly he was always available on the phone and would call to confirm any details if required.

Unreliable, suggest trying another firm. Sent them a conveyancing contract for review 2 weeks prior to an auction. Followed up several times by phone and was assured timely advice would be provided. Then received an email midday the day prior to auction saying no advice would be provided without meeting in person. Would have been happy to do so except (1) it was left far too late and (2) no one answers the phone so it's impossible to make an appointment.

I was very happy with the service that Jordan Lawyers provided with the settlement of my grandmothers estate dealing with myself, sister and hostile brother. UNTIL I've gone to purchase a house with my wife and put in her name to avoid stamp duty. But there is NO exemption when you are married even if in one persons name. They were great in handling the sale of the property but never made me aware that if I had the house in my name ( which I never wanted ) I would never be able to have stamp duty concessions made. Now due to this oversight from people who's job it is to inform you of possible outcomes especially when you never wanted the property in your name, am now up for $40,000 in stamp duty payments. Because of this blunder I would never suggest anyone to them. Absolute shame, because if it wasn't for this HUGE oversight. They were a 5/5, but there's no forgiving such poor communication

Unless you want to manage all aspects of your house purchase yourself, don't bother with this firm. We were forever chasing up mistakes and finding discrepancies in the work. A truly stressful experience and not one I would recommend to anyone.

Friendly staff that explained everything to me clearly, no hidden costs, free parking out the front, responded to my questions quickly and they even checked two auction contracts for free before I found my house!!! Now I’m a home-owner and it was hassle free.
