As a first-time buyer, I didn't know much about the process. They did finish up the settlement, but they lacked in communication. I gave them 3 stars just for finishing the settlement. All the reviews below are for a specific person who may be good in all aspects, but unfortunately, I didn't have that experience. The shocking thing is that even on settlement day, I didn't get confirmation that it was settled. I had to email them myself. This is just my personal experience, yours might be different. Make sure to check the reviews below to find the right person. I won't be naming my case handler (who has been named a few times in previous reviews). This review is not against the firm, it's just about their ways of working. Thanks
