After years of average I finally found Juane.
My faith in physiotherapists has been restored Juane really knows her stuff I have had back pain and sciatic pain for about 7 months now after just the first session I had a good plan of how I can recover and the pain is no longer waking me up at night.

I found her through my F45 gym who reccomended her.

Juane comes from an athletic background and has experience to back her self she knows how important it is for people to get back into it.

Juane is a magician! Went in post knee surgery and after just one session I didn't even limp anymore. with her rehab program and support, I'm back to all the previous activities. Very thorough and a lovely, patient therapist. Highly recommended. Thank you Juane.

Juane is amazing! I have been multiple times and the visits are always super informative, thorough and always fix the major issue at hand. As a triathelte its super important for me to stop the issues at the cause and Juane is great finding the underlying issue and giving me tools to fix it.

Thank you Juane, after my two shoulder operations, I am back to normal. I practice my combat sports, Tactical medicine, flight paramedic and training again like a 18 year old at 60.
Your patience, knowledge, professionalism and guidance during the healing process. I have full mobility of the shoulder, I can pick up on the 50 kg with no issues.
