Deserved the zore star forever!!!!!!!!!!! 1 case is passed to different persons, you will never receive follow up calls and if you call them for urgent things, no one will pick up your call.

They basically charge you for doing nothing and always extremely overcharged !!!!!!!

After screwing up your case, no apologies only excuses and hiding charges!!!!!!

I promise it is the worst one i have ever met in my life!!!!!!!!

The service definitely deserves a zero star, but I have to leave one star as the system allows a minimum of one.

Victoria Chen was super unprofessional and did not provide any real service. She recommended me to a psychologist (he is professional) to get a mental health assessment for applying Section 14. After she got the report, all she has done is submitting it to the court without any modification, even I requested her to provide some feedback to the psychologist in the view of a lawyer. She even punished me since I text and call her too much. It is all because she did nothing, and I need her service for reviewing the report! Then I failed the section 14 application due to the poor reporting!

I applied section 14 for a second time while I changed to another lawyer and got a satisfactory result finally. The judge informed me that the first report (reviewed by Victoria) is very bad and it leads to my previous unsuccessful application.

Nightmare dealing with Victoria Chen. If you don’t want to waste your time, your money, and most importantly, your energy, get far away from Juris Cor Legal Burwood.
