Just Better Care Gippsland has been looking after both my elderly parents for the last four years. I have found their service to be exceptional. Office staff are always on call during business hours, they are responsive, attentive and always professional. We live in the city so having such a caring team in Gippsland gives us great peace of mind. Gippsland is very lucky to have such a fabulous team of aged care service providers.

The team at Just Better Care Gippsland have been managing my father's "My Aged Care" plan for several years now. His regular caregivers have essentially become an extension of our family. During a recent medical incident, staff and administration went above and beyond to support Dad and our family. I would highly recommend their services.

Just Better Care,

We thank you most sincerely for the wonderful care and support shown to Peter.
In January 2020 our journey began and our staffing roster commenced with Just Better Care.
Peter’s declining health and the necessity for me to continue with full time work has been at times overwhelming – but I am able to go to work each day knowing that Peter is well cared for.
The ultimate goal for Peter at the very beginning of our journey was for him to have as full a life as possible with greater access to the local community.
This has been achieved with the arrival of his powered wheel chair – he has been taken to the Cinema and very much enjoyed his visit to the Holden Museum in Trafalgar…as well as visits to our local park. Afternoon tea under a shady tree is also something special! Peter thoroughly enjoys his outings …..
Peter is able to attend his physiotherapist (much better than a home visit) afternoon tea at Little Tea Cups (with a Hot Chocolate and yummy treat!) and best of all a Head, Neck and Shoulder Massage at Ya Ya Thai Massage (thank you Alex for the suggestion!).
The above would not be possible without the wonderful and very caring, capable staff at Just Better Care - under Melissa's expert guidance and fantastic office staff.

Just Better Care Rosedale has been nothing short of misleading and dishonest when signing up my elderly neighbour to manage her aged care package. They promised her many ways to spent the government allocated funds which she is entitled to. Instead they have constantly made it difficult for her to access those funds thus impacting negatively on her ability to live independently in her home. They have been rude and unprofessional and this has been very upsetting for her. So disappointing.
