I urge anyone who wants their taxes done properly to never step foot here. My partner and I came in, gave info all good. Month and a half later we're wondering whats the deal. Turns out they never lodged our taxes - blamed in on a system issue. My partner called and boom taxes lodge. I call and then hang up on me. Look I never raised my voice. But I had questions like, why did it happen, how do I know they are on of it? Can I get assurance that my taxes will be lodged? The man there is rude. They don't tolerate getting called out on. Thats what it is. Don't go here. Unprofessional.

Have used Michelle for years and all of a sudden the business vanishes off the face of the earth, no contact, wont return calls. If you dont want to have a as a client just tell us instead of us spending days trying to contact you.

If u r looking for an accountant who will be rude, unhelpful and non communicative then Michelle is definitely the girl for u. Previously her staff who were lovely have done my tax but she doesn't have staff anymore. Can't say I'm surprised. I won't b going back.

Terrible service .
Thought my tax for last year was completed by these people but nearly a year of waiting for my return I finally contacted the ATO only to find they had not lodged it . I paid the fee they said it was done and would be in the bank with in the month . I gave them the benefit of the doubt thinking ok Covid . Have tried ringing them no answer . Went to the office it’s closed . Very angry will never use them ever again

Just for the record:

1. 16/7/2019 Received, signed, returned signing pages only, paid for tax return.
2. 25/7/2019 Tax return Submitted
3. 4/12/2019 Followed up Just Tax and ATO – Advised that return was under review
4. 14/3/2020 After three months of following up Just Tax and ATO with no change to answer I gave up.
5. 23/3/2020 Contacted Local Federal Member, who contacted ATO to reply.
6. 26/3/2020 ATO Contacted me and asked me to confirm that the $9992 paid for Medibank was really only $992 the same as the statement submitted: I confirmed this was correct.
7. 27/3/2020 ATO confirmed that all was OK and I will receive payment in 5-10 working days.
8. 22/4/2020 Received Tax return $2200 less than originally advised.

Not interested in doing anything outside of a basic tax return. Slow to return messages and lack communication skills with their clients.
