Very Good service from the gentleman working there. This office need a door to the court corridor, instead of hallway to police station. This way people can sit while waiting and the sliding doors will not keep opening and closing. It is also good for lighting of the room and the jp will see more sunlights.

I'm writing what seems to be the third negative review here, which may all point to a common issue with the same Justice of the Peace, Amanda Jane Bracewell JP. We visited the station for signing our will documents and found the police station staff extremely helpful and accommodating. However, our experience was severely tarnished by Ms. Bracewell's conduct.

Her continuous negative comments and complaints about the number of our documents were both unprofessional and disheartening. Had the volume of documents been an issue, it would have been more appropriate for her to inform us at the start rather than subjecting us to constant complaints. Despite the unusual request to rejoin the queue after signing only 30% of our documents, it was Ms. Bracewell's relentless negativity that stood out as particularly distressing.

This behavior not only affected us but also the police station staff member acting as our secondary witness. He was so disheartened by her repetitive complaints that he eventually told us he could not return to that room to continue the process. We left the station with most of our documents unsigned, feeling disheartened by this unwelcoming experience. It's unfortunate that such a helpful and professional police staff team has to be overshadowed by the unprofessionalism of one JP.
