Worst experience! I have a friend who went to this agent, and he ripped him off by asking for an additional payment at the end of the processing of his taxes. I was surprised; I didn't know my colleague went to the same agent as I did. I started to share my experience, and when I mentioned where it was, we were both surprised that it was the same person. Terrible experience. It's better to just go to the mall and get your taxes sorted there; it's much cheaper. This agent feels so entitled and acts like a know-it-all! Boo 👎 👎 👎 Never again. He doesn’t help you; all that matters is money.
