Poor experience with this practice. I was charged as a client, however, the service provided was like legal aid.
I thought to have a law firm help me with my immigration application would make my life a lot easier. But it didn’t.

Throughout my application (over 5 years) - I had to extract responses from them, I got little to no support, continuously going back and forth chasing them, checking online what is being done by them is correct. I did not have confidence in them to do the right thing for their client.

Over the course, I also incurred a loss ($$$) as they failed to communicate my eligibility and they never acknowledged/addressed this matter properly.

Enquiring or asking a question was hard. When I did reach out to the paralegal (as solicitors are busy and unable to respond which is understandable) they would not respond for weeks until I sent an aggressive email out and their response was during peak period we choose to respond to only important/urgent email. But when they did respond to your question or parts of it, their tone was passive aggressive, almost like I was bothering them. I never knew which days the paralegal was or wasn’t working. My file was handed over from one paralegal to a new paralegal and I was never told about it. I was often sent links to government websites to do research myself.

I was stuck with this firm, but think twice if you want to go through this firm.
