Such a busy hive of activity in a good way! Kane and his team provide a quality product, supporting local farmers so you get the freshest quality meat available. Add some in-house smoked bacon and ham. You are set! Worth the drive, add a quick visit to family.

The local place to buy all types of meats from surf to turf. Made some cracking eye fillet steaks tonight, lightly seasoned with salt and pepper. Amazing medium rare steak. The perfect size and nice cut of meat. Also able to buy fresh salmon and barramundi.

A little hidden treasure buried in the Scenic Rim town of Kalbar. Fantastic quality meats 🍖 👌 good old fashioned service with fair pricing. Found this about 3 years ago and worth the drive from Cleveland to purchase our meat. Christmas 🎄 Ham was to die for. Well done to Neil and staff. Cheers John Z 👍🏻

The best butcher I've ever been to by far, we called in whilst travelling through Kalbar and decided to stock up on meat, everything we baught was so good I wish we could go back and restock. Price was reasonable as well. I don't usually do reviews but was so impressed.

I live in Shailer Park. I do the country drive occasionally and never fail to drop by the butcher shop when I’m up that way. Never had a poor experience. I usually come home with 10-14 kilos is snags for the neighbourhood. Hoping to drop in tomorrow after a visit to the Scenic Rim Brewery. Life’s good.

Have been to this butchery every time we are in Kalbar. Always been good but today fell well short. We had planned on buying a number of products, probably would have spent $ 200 at least. We were told eftpos had gone down so cash only. Not their fault but when we said we will go and get some cash from pub or hole in the wall which was very close we were told oh but we are closing about now. Oh well you just lost sales and customers
