I was very impressed with Jonathan McDonald at Kare Lawyer's he acted very diplomatically and diligently to get Workcover to reconsider my claim and at an acceptable price, he then a follow up phone call several weeks later to check that things were going smoothly. I wasn’t in a good place at the start of my dealings with Kare Lawyers.
Renee told me everything I needed answers to when I first contacted her and kept me informed every step of the way. The process, although lengthy was as painless as it could have been by how Renee dealt with everything and the outcome was much better than I ever expected.
