My experience with this tax service has been exceptionally disappointing and unprofessional. From the start, I expressed concerns about the required deposit. In response, I received both written and verbal confirmation that they would waive the deposit and proceed with my tax lodgment. However, on three separate occasions, the owner has denied this agreement, even though I have written confirmation to the contrary.

I have a SCREENSHOT of them telling me I DON"T have to pay. Yet the owner still denies it in his response to me. Sadly I can't attach screenshots to reviews. But the level of disingenuity is truly wild and the fact he still denies something I can easily disprove can only tell me what other shady practices occur here. You've been warned.

I also initially asked to have my lodgement delayed until next year. Apparently this requires a deposit. First tax agent I called after this had these works completed in a single delay and didn't ask for a cent.

Throughout this process, communication has been poor. Despite my repeated requests for updates, I received no responses, and follow-up calls were met with vague promises that the tax agent would get back to me. A week passed without a single update, and the emails I sent with the required information received no acknowledgment.

Additionally, I provided my Tax File Number (TFN) as requested, yet the firm insisted this was insufficient to determine my earnings for the 2023/24 financial year. This lack of knowledge was concerning, especially from an organization advertising itself as "tax professionals."

Given this level of unprofessionalism and disregard for customer service, I will be taking my business elsewhere—somewhere that respects clients, communicates effectively, and honors their commitments.

Hi everyone
I got their service for my income tax return. It was a simple salaried tax return with no complexities of investment. I was charged total 845 dollars for the income tax return. If I compare this fees to my last year ITR accountant fees ( with other accountant), It is 4 times high. He also charged my wife 795 dollars for the simple salary tax return.This was my most expensive tax return fees till now, that too for the simple salaried income. When I inquired from my other colleagues about the charges for their income tax return, nobody told me more than 350. During the first meeting it was all fine, But when I had the second meeting, I was clarifying few details regarding my income tax return, then at one point he said you are wasting time now. I went to him after seeing the reviews but I will not recommend them for the income tax return. It is very expensive.
