Their service is excellent, second to no body. My case has been very difficult due to the nature of my former and current disposition. I rarely provide commentary in most online reviews, and on this occasion, I will make an exception (5 Stars in every category, legal knowledge, all financial information was provided to me, exceptionally kind/caring attitude, professionalism in its highest form). The legal team and all staff members have been up-front with costs and time frames; therefore, helping to keep my expectation/s in line with the facts, not misleading in anyway. Some personal advice for everyone wanting to seek legal advice/assistance: 1. take notes, regardless of face to face, phone, text/email, and any other form/s of communication, this way you shouldn't have too many questions at a later date, and you can read these notes as many times as you like; 2. just because you think you understand the law doesn't mean you're a lawyer, hence, why we go see the best lawyers "Karp O'Neill Lawyers" (allow the lawyers to do what they do best, "the Law," let them get back to you, don't keep on bothering them; moreover, in your first meeting, provide as much actual evidence and other information that you have, don't be dishonest to your lawyer - otherwise they cannot help you - only you restrict you); 3. show respect to your legal team, inform them how you are feeling, your concerns, your current circumstances and so on, you don't have to phone your legal team every day (Ref. point 2), simply, send an Email, at some point in time Karp O'Neill Lawyers will get back to you (if they don't: send a KIND render - never get upset with the people who are working/seeking the best result/s for you; and 4. STOP worrying about what is happening - the legal system very complex so do not make it more complicated by worrying. I followed these very basic rules and I have found myself to be better off mentally and emotionally. It is too easy to be kind, respectful and still get your point across to your legal team. Your legal team consists of every staff member (including the receptionist, and other lawyers, not related to your case, may attempt to answer your questions). I have experienced zero problems because I followed "Karp O'Neill Lawyers instructions.

Didn't listen to me or my familys story. Didn't communicate accurate information. Took my files and then refused to send to them back to me for years that I paid money for. Dishonest. Sends you horrible emails at 6 on a Friday so you will be overwhelmed with grief and have no way to respond, not once but twice when you beg them not to in writing.

This guys are not a safe firm to go to if you have a disability and were abused in foster care. They will only make the trauma worse and restrict your access to justice. You also get hung up on if you ask for your files back as soon as you say your name. Please don't further traumatize yourself with this firm.
