Rang 3 times leaving a message each time, and yet no response, whether email or call.
The call was regarding a consent order matter that has a level of immediacy. Disappointing as recommended.

I am really happy I chose Kate Austin to assist with our court orders. Talking to Brendan on the phone was different to other places I had called. He was really genuine, we had a chat and he explained the process and made me feel really comfortable about moving forward. I was really happy with the communication throughout and how fast it was completed. When further information was requested, I started to get stressed but Rachel was amazing, she provided information about how the court makes decisions and then broke that down into plain english so I knew how to respond.
