Kate Mailer & Associates handled my aunt's legal affairs for many years and provided assistance when we needed to act under power of attorney during her final months. After her death they handled all aspects of applying for probate and administering her estate efficiently and compassionately. From talking us through our responsibilities as executors at the beginning of the process to distributing the final disbursements to beneficiaries they provided a high level of service at all times. Communication was excellent and this was highly valued by us as the executors were interstate and one beneficiary lived overseas. Our day to day contact person was Carmen Smith who was always available to take our calls or reply to an email. In addition to handling probate the team were also able to handle the sale of my aunt's property which streamlined finalising her affairs. We were always very supported and we appreciate the friendly, experienced and professional service we received.

I spoke to the receptionist who assisted me with my enquiry. She did advise that kate is always there to offer any type of assistance an not to hesitate to contact you the office.

Due to the friendliness and down to earth assistance i did receive i will definitely be going back to have my will set in place and with any other legal issue that may arise for me.
