Good air-conditioned centre. However such a shame to be run by a European tourist girl who didn't care about local plants or animals and couldn't tell us the slightest thing about local flora. What shame for the "information centre" to not have an educated indigenous australian person to actually help the tourists feel welcome.

A really solid stop in your way up or down the stuart highway. The staff are always friendly and the Russian Caravan which is adjacent to the info centre provides excellent coffee.

Very nice visitor centre with heaps of information about NT and WA. I also liked what's for sale, all local products, good to je able to support locals.

Very great service, Dionne helped us book a tour and was so helpful. Gave us all the information, linked the reservations, showed us on the map how to get there and was all around lovely.
There’s also a carpet that shows you the actual size of a full grown croc and boy! Don’t want to see one of those from a tinny.

Nice cool shady seating area very close to Telstra Air hotspot allowed us to search out further details on info requested from very friendly (but busy) staff. Couldn't believe how people in the queue were whining about waiting time when most of the team at Information Centres are volunteers.

Helpful and knowledgeable staff, who went out of their way to help us reschedule a cruise after we were delayed owing to a flat battery.
Also, a pleasant building, well-stocked with brochures, maps, and books.
