From the very first phone call with Kathy to the dealing with all members of East Coast Family Lawyers and especially with all my dealing with Savanna, every bit of communication and correspondence has been 100% transparent. The process of family law proceedings is overwhelming, draining and all consuming at times. I wouldn't wish it on anyone. I was recommended to speak with Kathy at East Coast Family Lawyers and I immediately felt hopeful again. What an amazing, empowering team they are! They constantly gave me practical advice always maintained communication when necessary and gave me moral support to get me through the tough times. I really can't recommend them highly enough!

Waste of time and money. Very nice when seeking business, but very short and aloof when wanting things done. The boss often unavailable, or doesn't return calls, and after 3 months dealing and progressing nowhere, I got fed up and left... sadly the standard in Gosford is not great and in someway I blame my self for being lazy when searching for a solicitor and just using someone local, but i guess poor service is not something you can forecast at times.
Hopefully ECFL take onboard the feedback, learn from it, and get back to helping clients, rather than what seems to be just helping them selves when they seem fit.

My experience with East Coast Family Law was extrememly dissapointing. I decided in the end to go with another more experienced firm. As it has already been mentioned, rude on the phone, slow to act, and perhaps just not experienced...... I do not recommend.
