Toothless tigers that charge like a wounded bulls.

He was promised that by all accounts his ex had already received what she was entitled.
Even with the support of a barrister (at their request and recommendation) they were outplayed at every turn despite being told they had a solid strategy and his ex had limited claim. He was pushed to make concession after concession with no regard for the cumulative financial consequences which resulted in catastrophic losses. Whenever he questioned or pushed back the gaslighting from them started. To try and stop them from pressuring him, he tried to have me as a support person on calls and emails, they would isolate him from his requested support and tell him he would loose everything or that they would cease representing him if he didn’t do what they recommended. At the 11th hour they held a gun to his head and refused to follow up the sales contract until he said that they had no fault in the outcome of the settlement. It was beyond belief that this was his representation and not hers. When it got hard, the communication dried up and they got defensive. The final orders were not worth the paper they were written on (costing thousands to have a separate solicitor to resolve) and Keane Legal were more interested in avoiding effort and closing the file than ensuring his interests were protected, emotionally or financially.

Been in contact with this firm three times so far. The first time I got through to reception and was told I would receive contact later that day and was not contacted at all. The second time I got through I was met with apologies and kind words and assurances my issue would be addressed in due time. My issue was not addressed and I had to reach out again via phone and was put on a waiting list and then seemingly had a call drop-out with the receptionist, then when I called back and was on hold again I tried calling from my work number and got straight though. Poor communication 1/5 customer service.
