Unfortunately I've come away feeling that the exercise was to retrieve as much information as possible, at a great cost only to get a sense that the lawyer in question was not across the fat file with accumulated information. Perhaps they take on more clients than they can adequately service...perhaps its simply exhaustion. Though I must say that Stephanie Wright was the first person I came across that had passion and client service skills. I'd definitely recommend her if she started her own firm.

Lauren recently help one of my clients with a settlement and the effort and drive to make settlement happen was amazing.
