Nicole helped us buy our house. It was worth every dollar we paid and we got more.
She was there for every call we made. When she wasn't available, she would call back right away. My wife and I were negotiating with the real estate agent and we call Nicole seeking certain information. We left a message with her colleague and asked to call us back. We felt the need to reach out to her and have her feedback before we left the negotiating table. In no time she returned our call and answered our questions. She made sure we have the right info at the right time so we can make an informed decision. When we bought our house the other part, paperwork/conveyancing, that she is good at is pretty easy and simple for her get done in a responsive manner and time.

We bought our house in Jul 2021. I've come back to write this feedback now in Apr 2023, because I wanted to. Nicole left a good impression and I made a note for myself to make sure this review is shared with you.
