When appointed as accountants to our super fund, they failed to gather relevant information which led to costly and time consuming unwinding. Then they increased their fee by 50% to cover the time they spent fixing their own mistake. They have threatened not to pass information on to new accountant unless we pay their extortionate fees. As you may have gathered, I do not recommend PinnacleHPC.
