My husband and I have been using Ken Smith and Associates for the past 7 years for our custody case. During this time, we have liaised with both Michelle and Nicola. They have always been extremely patient, trustworthy, helpful and empathetic towards our situation. Communication has always been transparent and respectful, the support we received was honest and unwavering and the costs involved were fair.

We are so very grateful for their ongoing support and professionalism when our faith in the VIC legal system and CPS was tested multiple times. If not for these ladies, we would not have had the outcome we did. They are a credit to the business.

This is not the same company that it use tobe under new management
I use this company for years and all my family used them but never again the lack of interest by the new owner and unwillingness to listen to their clients wishes and her know it all addtude greed for payment cost me extra in the long run had to change people in the middle of the case or I would have left and probably should of when they knew the circumstances and difficulty that popped up then bullying to get money that was promised not a large amount less than $1000 dollars l would be very careful if to engage in any legal matters with them and wouldn't recommend them to anyone

Would not recommend. Had some mistakes in our settlement document and when it came to the final transfer $40,000 was sent to the incorrect person in a separation which could have ended extremely badly if not amicable. Sent an email advising of the mistake and have not even received an apology! Disgraceful.

OVER A YEAR ON! The title wasn’t transferred properly and the council had to call me to try work out who our incompetent conveyancer was. It was only noticed as the new owner requested to replace their rubbish bin.

Unprofessional and rude. Made a mistake while transferring a title (luckily it was an amicable transaction and spotted within 2 years), refused to correct it unless extra $600 is paid, refused to provide evidence on how (wrong) title number was obtained blaming lockdown, didn't release the title when supposed to do so, misspelled name several times on official paperwork
