We paid these clowns to draw up our wills but the rubbish that was sent through in the draft didn’t even go close to what we had discussed, with the most pressing issue completely ignored by the solicitor and the names of recipients and proportions of the estate completely and utterly wrong! Multiple attempts to have it corrected, only resulted in demands to have the account paid; which I did in good faith and was assured the problems with the wills would be addressed. I should NEVER has trusted them, as I haven’t had any contact or response from them since I paid their bill! I expected honesty and integrity from a law firm but clearly I went to the wrong place! Disgusting way to treat clients! Anywhere would have to be better than them.
