Super quick responses and got the job done at a reasonable price. However, they need to have a "reply all" email function as communication between my Fiancè and I, the Buyers agent and the bank was ridiculous. I had to forward so many emails to many different parties to ensure everyone is on the same page. We were told they do not have a reply all email function and that they can not send to parties that have not been approved, which I understand. They need to have some sort of form or process that you can submit all parties for approval so they can cc them all in the one email to reduce stress levels and extra admin work for the person buying a house. They also were not very helpful when we were trying to get a reduced price due to some major concerns on the house.
