Amber and Nick were fantastic to deal with at the start they were very re assuring, kind and supportive and said they were able to help me with my fathers estate issues.
After my second visit unfortunately I was ghosted for 7 weeks my phone calls were never returned or emails, I let it go as I was concerned for them and thought something bad had happened to them or the business had closed due to a family emergency, i later found out that my case was too hard and instead of calling or emailing me to tell me they were un able to help me anymore they ghosted me, this has set me back even more it is already a horrible situation made worse by this business not having the common deceny to contact me, I do think they are good people and provide great services but if your problem is too hard go else where to avoid being let down like I was.
Amber and Nick please contact the next person who's case is too hard I would of been okay with you dropping me as a client as I know your busy and a small business but you left me in the dark for 7 weeks I put 2 and 2 together when I seen recent reviews on Google and knew the business was still open and running i could of found another lawyer and got the process started sooner.
