Two night stay with 3 people. No cutlery, only two teaspoons. 1 plate and 1 bowl. No washing up liquid or wash cloth. No plug for the sink to wash up.. really needs an update, not very well maintained. Definitely not family friendly.

This motel has great bones but is sadly neglected.
The smell of cheap room deodoriser on entry was awful. Maintenance by the management is sadly lacking: the shower door had a badly fitting cupboard door handle that wasn’t secured to the door because the bolt holes were in the wrong position. The insect screening on the main window was torn and hanging down from the corner of the frame.
The carpet was very old and should have been replaced years ago. Toiletries were almost non-existant and the woman at the office begrudgingly supplied two more tiny tubes of soap for our two night stay.
On the plus side: The queen bed was very, very comfortable and the room airconditioner was quiet and effective.
Would I stay again? Yes if I brought more toiletry supplies, put up with the little things that needed attention and it was the only option left for accommodation in Kilcoy.

Good location on highway. Clean room, comfortable bed but building and rooms have not been well maintained or renovated since it was built. Needs big injection of funds to bring it up to standards. Although room had kitchenette, there was no cutlery, plates, dish liquid, cloth or tea towel, so take your own if needed.

A real gem of a motel. The rooms were clean and had a great historical country theme to them but didn’t look dated. |Was in the best location possible in town. The owner was very friendly and accommodating. We even had our room upgraded without asking! |The price was excellent as well. |Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay in Kilcoy.

I stayed twice in 2 weeks . Every morning my room was made up immaculately, with fresh towels. The rooms are huge, aircon awesome. Plenty of space for hanging your clothes. Massive TV, microwave super easy to use. Bathroom basic but lots of cupboard space for long term stay. Ask for extra plates and cutlery if needed. Car parking is easy , and not squeeze. The managers are super helpful . There’s also a great bakery next block down on the left that has awesome coffee etc . There’s also free wifi . Woohoo
