King Cain did some work for me in 2015. The tyranny of distance was never a problem as despite living in Sydney they were ahead of their time in the use of cloud based technology to exchange information on my case. The work was reasonably priced and Matthew Oakley was a pleasure to deal with.

I am extremely disappointed in this solicitor! They did not prepare my response for my family matter in time and it directly effected the outcome as said so by the judge repeatedly as he kept saying how I did not care because I was not prepared. I had all of my response to the solicitor 2 weeks previous to this and the solicitor did not take any responsibility from the judge for not doing her job and left the blame with me. The solicitor was not willing to call out blatant lies from the opposite parties solicitor and pretty much got steam rolled by a legal aid solicitor, which has left my children in an unsafe situation and myself with a less than minimum result. For all this they charged me an astronomical amount of money, nearly double what they gave me a cost estimate for. This cost estimate was to get to mediation and the proceedings are not even at mediation yet. They promised barristers but did not deliver. After every court proceeding I was unable to contact them and left wondering what had happened for days on end after getting worst case scenario results. Avoid this solicitor at all costs!

I do not recommend these solicitors. They did not prepare my case at all for the family courts. They did absolutely nothing to help me. They lost my case and I ended up having to pay 2/3 of my ex husbands court costs as well as my own, with no job, no house and 2 children under 16 to look after and I wasn't the person in the wrong. Very unsatisfactory out come.
