Pretty disgusting store really. This mess wasn't just in the craft section, but throughout the entire store. Half eaten, moldy food in the homeware section, rubbish strewn across walk ways, amongst clothing. Zero care factor by staff. I've previously had a click and collect, 1 week and no update, went to the store and was told to pack it myself if I still wanted the items. Just recently, was looking for 120L tubs, finally found a staff member, asked about them and told to go check the back. I said I had already done so, none and showed her the online store showing they had them in stock. She shrugged her shoulders and tried to take off. I asked could she check her pdt and she told me to go to the service desk. Go there and music is blasting from the reserve and staff not interested. Finally found a staff member who found me 3 of the tubs near the reserve.

This Kmart is the shittiest Kmart I think. I so much miss the Target store that was here instead.
I cannot even begin to share the kind of experiences I have had at this Kmart, one example is of last night. We were trying to find Uno cards to buy. Finally found them, but they were opened and all the cards were everywhere.

Not one item was in its place. A major part of the problem is obviously the customer- mostly the people who feel they can do whatever they want. Throw whatever they want, anywhere they want. No wonder its a mess in there.

They really need A LOT OF MORE STAFF to run this store.
They really need to do something about this.
The store in Epping is a thousand times better than this.

What can I say? This store would have to be the most disgusting store I've ever been to. Kmart head office needs to do a surprise visit, just crap everywhere under shelves thrown all over the place I used to work for kmart and if out area manager was like their area manager they would have been sacked it was like being in a tip. No staff walking around to assist with any questions. I found the whole experience in this store if I could give it a minus 50*** I would have... as you can see by these photos I took. I'd love a job to drive around stores and check up on their condition because this didn't just happen in one day this was about 3.30 on a Sunday afternoon!!!!

The young female night manager at Kmart was amazing. I needed help finding something, and she went and found the item for me as-well as made sure I was happy before I left. She was so helpful and kind and I’m very grateful for her help tonight!

I’m giving 5 starts towards a worker named Julian, he was so helpful when I was looking for something specific. I have never experienced customer service like this before and he really is good at his job, he was very polite and professional he deserves a raise in some way!! Keep it up Kmart Craigieburn

The staff are great but the store looks like a war zone. Absolute pot luck finding anything in its right place. Think trash and treasure, with ripped cardboard strewn everywhere.

worst staff, most of team members don't wants to help anybody except one or two. they can't even talk politely.i thik it's better if head office give them a surprise visit. most of staff always trying to hide. replacement's can work.
