Didn’t have a great experience with this company. They didn’t follow instructions and as a result of that really hindered my case severely. Dragged the case out for a year and all I got was empty pockets. Was recommended this company by another lawyer and I regret not doing my own research on Kirsten. Live and learn. Wouldn’t recommend.

If you have a legal matter that needs sorting I would look else where unless you want to loose everything, I know that not all circumstances are the same but feel as though I had lost before the meetings had started, I chose poorly because my choice was made as this firm had been endorsed by Mario Vaccaro.

Stay away from them if you need any Sort of legal representation they have got a poor attitude. They don’t care even other Solicitors talk very bad about them saying they’re just a firm for young lawyers and then when they get qualified, they leave.

I just completed a purchase and KPW were representing the vendors. They changed the settlement date twice without advising anyone and then proceeded to delay the settlement by another 1.5 hrs on the day. There was little communication to my conveyancer and found their conduct unprofessional and difficult to deal with.

Not at all happy with the service I was provided.

KPW lawyers provided a bare minimum service. It took multiple emails and phone calls often with no response or acknowledgement to issue instructions and receive advice.

No overtures were made on my behalf towards the best possible outcome which only occurred due to an sympathetic magistrate rather than any efforts made by my representation. This is what bothered me the most about the service. It cost more than it should have largely due to the reactive nature of the service I was provided where a proactive lawyer may have been able to canvas for the result I ultimately received.

Absolutely appalled that money means more to this firm than justice we don't have become a lawyer without passion if you come into a firm and you're only in it for the money what a very miserable person you must be because it is not what life is all about.. I had more than evidential fact that I was the victim and he was the perpetrator and they just sat on their hands because they were only being funded by legal aid not pay cold hard cash that is so disgusting... How much evidence I have given to prove that both parents were not making apprehensive safety decisions my lawyer just sat there and just let my daughters stay in the care of my X n DCJ they continued to not tell DCJ I was suffering from coercion from the emotional blackmail n still Ellie turned my case away after being my lawyers for the whole time seeing and know the truth I got horrible service and response from Ellie was oh well I never have been so unsupported considering she was well aware of emotional impact it had on me
