Been a member 4 ages and never got kicked out. 2 drunks start on me out the front so I go in the library and call the police. This woman in the library went out and told the drunks 2 move on. All I said was to my friend she is gonna stuff it up 4 me if the police go there and there not there. Her grandson or son gave me a dirty look. I said wat u staring at. Then he dobs me in like kids do. 2 make it worst the drunk came in the library and started on me again. The 2 drunks are banned from the library. I get kicked out and they did nothing about the drunk that is banned from there and swore at me in the library. They didn't kick him out. So drunks a allowed that r banned from there and they let kids in there that give u evil looks and they let them stay. There excuse he's a kid.wat r they teaching kids there. Evil. Don't respect there library. If u won't ur kids 2 go2 jail in the future take them 2 this library cause obviously teach 2 disrespect there elders

Some people try to study in quite place but i really find it very difficult as kids just sit in ground near to book shelf and chatting and shouting
This must be the quite place for students who really want to study.
I must say staff must make sure people make the decoram of the place.
As Library is for everyone not just a place for hang out.

What a great and vibrant community facility. Has all the resources of a modern library embedded in community services centre with its own Dome Cafe.

The library itself is great, great facilities, but there’s always the same guy that hangs around the kids area that I’m not comfortable with. Today he was sitting on the couch with a magazine watching the kids have their story time, not comfortable with that. He is only ever in the kids area. And 9/10 he will be there. Also a man on the computers looking at pictures of women breastfeeding logged into Instagram. The staff need to kick these people out or at least have some sort of restrictions on the computers. Probably won’t be returning with my children. This isn’t the first time this has happened and multiple families have complained.

1 star idgive a 0 if I could. Seems everyone else un the building getting 5 star treatment. Just wanted to print a document got little to no guidance or help. The was asked to move out of the way so so none else could use the printer. The was ignored while about 6 people cut infront of me. Yhen was handballed off to another lady, she proceeded to help ankther lady that cut in front of me and then walked kff leaving me again.and then when I finally figured it out on my own the lady had the audacity to walk up and say oh look you figured it out all on your own. Rude, singled out isolated and made to feel stupid and embarrassed negative 5 stars
