Poor communication with the one individual who was assigned as my conveyancer once my initial conveyancer had left. Poor email communication and chose to respond when they wanted and did not explain anything at all during the settlement process. Did not proactively seek the best for their Clients instead made me chase them up for updates and legs documentation.

Asked on multiple occasion for my deposit investment to be returned to me once settlement had been completed and was initially told this would be done automatically by the developer. Nothing had been returned 3 months post settlement so emailed KWL Lawyers again before it was released. I should not have to chase this up, I have paid for a service and they have not been proactive with their level of service.

No chance I’ll use again.

Can you scam people not send me threat for take to court. I just got your later from one of your client alpha scam moter. You had collision with my vehicle 6 months ago , I already exchanged my details with them on collision day. When i told them let me know what happened with vehicle . They never reply . But suddenly after 6 months you guys sent me threatening with me court. For what. Your scam customer never contacted me what happened with there vehicle . When I already gave them my moblie number and license number on collision day. I already sold my car 4 months ago. Are you guys serious
