A very well priced, clean, tidy motel with really great service. The owner is lovely. It's a great place to break up a long trip. Would definitely stay again.

Quaint old motel. We had one of the three quiet rooms at the back. Old school double brick, so very quiet inside. Lovely welcoming owners. We booked a month out, not asked for deposit and room was ready when we arrived. Clean and tidy with comfy beds and hot shower. Thank you Michael & Shun.

Older style motel , scrupulously clean with lovely shaded verandah. Nice owners and easy walk to town centre's great cafe's pubs and restuarants.

The kyogle motel is absolutely horrid! I know we as locals don't usually come to the local motel but I was just abused because their power line came down? Please explain how this is a way to treat a family with a kid on a ridiculously hot day. Declined any form of compensation or even an apology for they way they spoke to us.

They screamed at us to get out of we didn't like the fact the power was out?

Tired but well maintained this retro motel from the late 60's still boasts the tiny service door for meals, original tiles and fitout.
Comfort: The mattress was firm and straight with crisp sheets. Very silent new style fan. Aircon worked well. Bathroom has been refreshed recently with new loo, vanity unity, and shower screen. Other reviews have been negative but I didn't find it so. It was clean and comfortable.
Room 9 was allocated to me for 2 nights at the very back where I could hear birds in the trees close by and minimal traffic noise in the mornings.
The owner, Shun, is very helpful and her experience at hosting shows.

The service here is excellent. I recently spent a week here with a group. The owners are friendly and go out of their way to help. The breakfasts are really good and delivered to your unit at the time requested. |The evening meals were freshly cooked, very tasty, and again delivered right on time. Loved the mushroom soup!|These are older style units but comfortable and clean! The beds were super comfortable. We used the veranda for meals and for social drinks and it was a pleasant seating area. Would definitely go there again?
