Ellen is by far the best conveyancer, she handled absolutely everything and was always available. I called her on a Friday when my partner and I got approved for our home loan, the next day we found our dream home and called Ellen. We were planning to go back in just a few hours hoping to sign a contract, straight away Ellen got all the paperwork necessary and reviewed and relayed everything we needed to know; this was on a Saturday which is meant to be her day off but despite that she put us first and got everything sorted in just a few hours. Ellen organised everything else we needed, from the pest and build inspections to keeping in contact with the agent to calling us as soon as settlement went through; not to mention that our settlement was only 4 weeks so it was a bit of a full on process. She is extremely kind hearted, patient and professional, as first home buyers we had so many questions and were a little confused at times and Ellen always answered everything. We appreciate everything she did for us and highly recommend her to anyone who is looking to buy a home.

Used LS conveyancing for the sale of our property in leumeah ,ellen made everything easy and made it a smooth process ,we then decided to use her again with the purchase of our house in bathurst.considering the distance the purchase went smoothly as well thanks to her. Our real estate agent in bathurst said she was the best conveyancer he has ever dealt with and he also stated she was really looking after us and was really nice to deal with over the phone .would highly recommend her and we are so happy to have dealt with her .
