Very disappointing & unprofessional. I definitely won’t recommend Mark Hanlon (criminal lawyer from Lambton Law ) to anyone who wishes to have a fair and well prepared hearing. I was misinformed (or simply not informed) about applicable court procedures in place. My direction ( as a client) was neglected (breach of duties to the client). This additionally led to the court not receiving available evidence (breach of duties to the court). In my opinion Mark largely failed to adhere to the Legal Profession Uniform Law Australian Solicitors’ Conduct Rules 2015.
When I asked to explain the above since I terminated the contract, there was no reply. Additionally, the contract proposed doesn’t provide all information which should be provided within a standard contract from a criminal lawyer to its client. There are no client rights stipulated as an obligation and common practice in legal services agreements.
