A massive thank you to Jelena Dobric for helping my son get a conditional release order with no conviction for his driving whilst suspended charge. On extremely short notice Jelena blitzed it in the court room presenting the magistrate with such a compelling argument, resulting in the best possible outcome for my 20 year old son, and a lot less stress for me!! I had the misfortune of having the need for representation in court and used Lamont Lawyers.
Jelena represented me. She gave me sound advice which prepared me for the hearing and while there wasn't much more she could have added, she spoke on my behalf calmly and professionally which I believe helped.
Following Jelena's advice, I did not record a conviction.
