My tenant recently filed a court application against me for return of bond and return of rent. I previously had not been to court and found it all quite daunting. The final straw was the appearance of an advocate to help represent the tenant, I needed help! I contacted the Landlords Advisory Services and once becoming a member sent all my documents over. They sorted them and then sent me a detailed breakdown of each item, what section in the lease agreement the tenant had breached and how to file them ready for court. It was the "You have got this" approach that gave me the conviction and strength to keep going. A great team.

I could not recommend this service more. It was our first time as landlords and we were having a terrible experience. Mikyla was so kind and helpful and had so much experience it really put our minds at ease that we were going to get through it. These guys are AMAZING! We have some crazy time with tenants that didn't pay rent, damaged the property and were all around bad people. Mikayla helped us out every step of the way with knowing by what methods to communicate with the tenants, which forms to issue and when and then how to proceed with the courts to finally have them evicted. No question went un-answered no matter how big or small they were. If you are a private landlord I highly recommend having these guys for support! We would have been lost without them!
