One of the worst place to go as we were waiting for so long and there is no one. Inside the staff were talking in hindi unnecessaru chit chat. No professionalism final they finish there chit chat than they called us inside by saying 'come' in very different body language and bit rud.

Well over an hour wait time, just to collect blood. I don’t blame the staff, she was working flat out as quickly as she could, and she managed to get blood from my tiny invisible veins with great care and only needed one attempt. But the place is just poorly managed. No reception staff. The single staff member had to manage the crowds in the tiny waiting room with not enough chairs, call people in, check basics like whether you have a referral form and a Medicare card, do the data entry of client details into the system, take the blood, during which you see many vials of other patient’s blood standing around the room, and she is putting vials of other people’s blood inside the machine to be processed. The room where she takes your blood is so cluttered that she must take it from your right arm instead of left, because there is a machine on the left side of the chair….have never seen a pathology clinic run like this before.

Edit** 4 weeks later and they haven't submit my results to my doctor..
Over an hour wait. They don't check what number you are and allow people to push ahead of you because "they have some place to be"
Random people, including customers, knocking and opening the door, which opens straight into the room that has the medical bed with no curtain for privacy....

Big thanks to Rebikha for being so kind and gentle while taking blood from my 2.5-year-old. She made the whole process easy. Thanks once again

I attended this week for a basic blood test. The two pathologists in the room were friendly however, one was clearly learning. The needle was more painful than usual - he managed to fill one tube of blood before it started hissing and dripping blood. Rather than remove the needle he continued to fiddle around which became quite painful. The other pathologist stepped in, asking if I was on blood thinners multiple times despite having confirmed I was not on regular medication. She then took blood from my other arm without asking for consent. This also bled much more than usual. The first test has left a sore bruise. At no point did either of the staff apologise for the initial mishap or having to take blood from both arms. I understand new staff need to learn however, I attended with my 12 month old so would have appreciated an experienced staff member to avoid mid hap. More training is obviously needed for phlebotomy, patient communication and consent taking.

My husband and I came last Saturday (February 8), and the staff told us that samples could be dropped off Monday to Friday between 8:00 AM and 5:00 PM. As a result, we made a wasted trip.
Today, Friday (February 14), I arrived at 8:00 AM to drop off the sample, but the staff told me that samples are only accepted between 11:00 AM and 3:00 PM. I wasted another trip.
I suggest that you publish the exact drop-off times for different types of samples online. Each round trip takes me one hour. You are not the only ones working—we also have jobs. Yet, you repeatedly give incorrect information with complete confidence and not even a single apology.
I hope you ensure that qualified staff are on duty and that they understand the importance of respecting other people’s time.
Thank you.
